The Global Journal of Dental Specialty (GJDS) respects the intellectual property rights of authors while promoting the broad dissemination of scholarly research through its Open Access publishing model. Authors retain the copyright of their published work and grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, archive, index, and distribute the article in electronic and other media under the journal's licensing policy.

Authors retain the right to:

• Retain copyright of their published work.

• Receive proper attribution for their work.

• Share their published article in accordance with the journal's licensing policy.

Permissions

Authors are responsible for obtaining written permission to reproduce any copyrighted material included in their manuscripts, such as figures, tables, photographs, illustrations, or substantial excerpts from previously published works. Appropriate acknowledgment of the original source must be provided in all cases.

Authors must ensure that:

• Permission has been obtained for all third-party copyrighted material.

Editorial Responsibility

The Editorial Office reserves the right to request evidence of copyright permissions at any stage of the editorial or publication process. Manuscripts containing unauthorized copyrighted material may be returned for revision, rejected, or subject to other editorial action.
