Research Design
This study adopts a mixed-methods research design, integrating both quantitative analysis of AI hiring tools and qualitative case studies from industry applications. This approach allows for a comprehensive examination of the efficacy, fairness, and ethical considerations associated with AI-driven recruitment practices.
