The Data collection tool were GAD-7 (Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale) and PHQ-9 (Patient Health Questionnaire for Depression). Both are used as standardized mental health assessment scales. Additional questions related to perceived stress, access to support systems, and coping mechanisms.
Limitations
